September 09 2022, Vancouver Honda
If you’re scouring the market for a new car in Vancouver, the Honda Civic should be on the top of your list. Honda has a reputation for reliability. In fact, Repairpal ranked Honda as the most reliable car brand for 2022 with the 2022 Honda Civic receiving a whopping 4.5 stars out of 5. The Honda Civic is also an AutoTrader award winner and our Best Overall Car for 2022. You can read more about it here. Great styling:
The Honda Civic 2022 comes in hatchback and sedan options. At first glance the 11th generation of the Honda Civic is a definite upgrade from the previous years with its futuristic design, especially with the hatchback. The long roofline and the stylised rear end of the hatchback makes it look longer than the sedan, even though the sedan is actually longer. For those who travel into Vancouver frequently, the 4.9 inches of car length saved by the hatchback can make a huge difference when it comes to finding a parking space.
Both models are visually pleasing with lines that are sleek and cleaner, than the previous generations. It really just comes down to personal preference while choosing between the two – are you more of a sedan or hatchback person?

Safety:
The 2022 Honda Civic maintains the car’s safety ratings receiving the 2022 top safety pick + title for both the sedan and hatchback versions from the IIHS. The car has also scored top marks in the NHTSA crash test with 5-stars.
The body of the car feels solid and features Honda’s latest driver assistance tech like Vehicle Stability Assist (VSA) with Traction Control, 4-wheel anti-lock braking system (ABS), multi-angle rear-view camera with dynamic guidelines, Forward Collision Warning (FCW) system, Lane Departure Warning (LDW) system, Honda LaneWatch blind spot display, and much more.

Comfort:
The interiors of both the sedan and the hatchback are comfortable enough for 4 large adults. You can even squeeze a fifth person into the backseat if you are so inclined. There is about an inch less legroom in the hatchback but it's really not noticeable. The seats feel plush and are outfitted with real leather in the Touring version. There’s plenty of room for cargo too, with the rear seat folding down when needed.
The new and improved suspension system adds to the comfort, especially at higher speeds.

Infotainment:
The LX, Sport, and EX trims all come with a standard 7" touchscreen infotainment system including features like Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, SiriusXM radio, navigation, voice recognition, and Bluetooth connectivity. The touchscreen interface also comes with tactile buttons and knobs on the side for those of us who prefer more old school controls.
The Touring trim comes with a 9" touchscreen and 12 speaker Bose system.

Powerful Powertrain:
The base models start with a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine with 158 horsepower and 138 pound-feet (187.1 Nm) of torque while you get a 180 horsepower 1.5-liter turbo four-cylinder in the EX/EX-L and Touring/Sport Touring trims. You also have the no-cost option of 6-speed manual drive for the hatchback’s Sport and Sport Touring trims. The fuel economy is great too.
